Parent/staff communication is extremely important. Everyone involved in the care of your child should be aware of what the other is doing to ensure the child has a regular routine and gains a sense of stability. Parents are encouraged to voice any questions, comments, concerns, or suggestions regarding the care of their child. Drop in requests can be emailed to director@rosetownkidkare.ca To ensure your drop in days are accepted they MUST be sent to this email. Requests sent anywhere else will not be accepted.

Drop-in & before/after school spots will be allocated upon availability on a first come first served basis, at the discretion of the Director. Requested dates will only be accepted if emailed to director@rosetownkidkare.ca.
Invoices: All invoices are sent on the 1ˢᵗ of the month, or the next business day.
Pre-Payment: Pre-payment is mandatory for all age groups, with the option of paying a full month’s fee on the 1ˢᵗ of the month, or half of the bill on the 1ˢᵗ, and half of the bill on the 15ᵗʰ of the current month. Payment made online (Brightwheel) or by e-transfer to director@rosetownkidkare.ca
Volunteer Fees: A $30 volunteer fee is added to every months invoice for each child enrolled. If a minimum of three hours of volunteer time is accrued through the year, a credit will be issued in the amount that you paid the previous year on your January invoice.
